Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIR (Smart Interactive Reminder) (the "App"), operated by Network Creation LLC ("we", "our"), handles information when you use the App on iOS, Android, or the web.

Information we process

• Reminder content you create — titles, dates, times, notes, and locations you enter or speak. Reminders you send are stored as shareable packages so recipients can open and edit them, and are automatically deleted after they expire.
• Location — if you enable location, the App uses your device GPS to show your position and route on a map. Location is used in-app and, when you share a reminder, to display routing to recipients. We do not sell location data.
• Microphone / speech — if you use voice input, audio is processed by your device's speech recognition to turn speech into reminder text. We do not store raw audio.
• Recipient contact info — phone numbers or email addresses you type to send a reminder are used only to deliver that reminder.
• Payment information — optional supporter contributions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields; we never receive or store your full card number. See stripe.com/privacy.

How we use information

To create, preview, deliver, and share your reminders; to show maps and routing; to process optional supporter payments; and to keep the App working reliably.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the App: with recipients you choose to send reminders to, and with service providers such as Stripe (payments) and map/geocoding providers (OpenStreetMap). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Shared reminder packages are removed automatically after they expire. Reminders stored locally on your device remain until you delete them or remove the App.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke location and microphone permissions at any time in your device settings. You can delete reminders in the App at any time.

Children

SIR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
